I currently work with clients in both customized 1-on-1 individual coaching programs, as well as group programs. I also offer short topic-specific workshops. Refer below for details on the differences between the programs that I currently offer. 1-on-1 Customized Coaching Programs

 

I currently offer three different options for working with me in a one-on-one format. These individualized coaching programs are customized to you, the client, and your individual needs, so no two programs are exactly the same! Together we identify what your top wellness goals are, and develop a personalized health, fitness, and wellness lifestyle that will be ideal for you and your current life stage and situation. We spend our sessions working your way towards achieving those goals. In these programs, I am a one-stop shop for your individual whole-picture wellness needs, and we can cover anything from schedule and career stressors to dietary needs to relationship matters.

 

Each of my 1-on-1 Customized Coaching Programs includes the following:

 

  • 1-on-1 coaching sessions with me, your Certified whole-picture Health Coach (6o minutes long: number of sessions differs by program)

  • Unlimited e-mail support between sessions

  • Simple healthy recipes that are easy to prepare

  • Individualized coaching and support to help you make the lifestyle and dietary changes that will most positively impact your life

  • Simple, informative handouts that will increase your healthy lifestyle and nutrition knowledge

  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and advice

6 Month Program

 

 

This program is for you if:

  • You’ve been feeling stuck and frustrated with your overall health and wellness

  • You know that you want to start driving your life in a better direction, but just need some help on where and how to start

  • You are comfortable making changes in your life but know that quick, drastic changes don’t last for you

  • You are looking to make lasting changes to your lifestyle that you can benefit from long after the program is over

  • You know that something is missing in your life and that things could be better, but you need some help identifying what is missing and how to fix it

  • You’ve tried several different diets and exercise regiments but feel like something was missing to really make the changes you wanted

  • You know you’d benefit from the accountability and customization of a personalized program

  • You know you would benefit from the accountability of a personalized coach for an extended period of time

  • You tend to yo-yo with your habits and know that after a few months of making positive change you tend to have some setbacks or fall back into your “old” ways

 

This program includes:

  • Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions (6o minutes long, 2 sessions per month, 12 sessions total)

  • All of the items mentioned in the 1-on-1 Customized Coaching Programs section above

  • Copies of my notes and comments from every session

  • Weekly encouragement and check-ins from me, your coach

  • A free gift from me to you (a little something to help brighten your day or enhance your experience of working with me)

3 Month Program

 

 

This program is for you if:

  • You can relate to most of the things listed under the 6 month program above, except:

  • Once you start making progress in the right direction, you are comfortable taking the reigns and staying committed on your own after three months.

 

This program includes:

  • Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions (6o minutes long, 2 sessions per month: 6 sessions total)

  • All of the items mentioned in the 1-on-1 Customized Coaching Programs section above

  • A free gift from me to you (a little something to help brighten your day or enhance your experience of working with me)

1 Month Jump-Start Program

 

This program is for you if:

  • You can relate to most of the things listed under the 6 month program above, except:

  • You are comfortable making quick changes in your life without feeling overwhelmed

  • You have an idea of what areas of your life need some extra work to improve your whole-picture wellness

  • Once you start making progress in the right direction, you are comfortable taking the reigns and staying committed on your own after a month

 

This program includes:

  • Weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions (6o minutes long: 4 sessions total)

  • All of the items mentioned in the 1-on-1 Customized Coaching Programs section above

Why choose 1-on-1 coaching instead of a group coaching program?

 

  • Extra flexibility on timing of sessions. If your calendar is chock-full, and it would be difficult to move things around to get to a pre-scheduled weekly session, then this is the option for you. We will determine your session times and days around what works best for your current schedule.

  • Personalization of material covered. The 1-on-1 programs are tailored specifically to your needs as the client. The content covered and recommendations made are specifically chosen for you in order to help you achieve your top wellness goals.

  • You get my 100% undivided attention. I have a limited number of 1-on-1 coaching spots available at any specific time, because I want to give my 1-on-1 coaching clients the best service possible. Instead of splitting my attention and thoughts amongst several different people at once (as I do during a group coaching program), your sessions are time for us to focus solely on the most important person at hand: YOU.

Are you best motivated to make change when you have a group of like-minded people going through the same thing? Do you find that having the accountability and support of several other people is what helps you get the best results when starting new things? A group coaching program (as opposed to a 1-on-1 customized coaching program) may be for you! I am also willing to create a Custom Group Program if you have a particular health-related topic that you and a group of friends or family would like to learn about together.
